Return Process

Upon delivery, please examine your package for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items before opening the seals.

If your order is damaged or incomplete, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim and photographs to verify the quality concern or shipping error in accordance with state liquor laws.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
